Feed mixer truck combines ease and innovation at Ag in Motion

Newly introduced to the Canadian market, Trioliet’s Triotruck captured a silver award in Ag in Motion’s Innovation in Agriculture program on July 20.

According to salesman Nic Barker, the Triotruck is a truck mount feed mixer.

The product was designed to offer an all-in-one system. Each part is built by the manufacturer, unlike others, where both the manufacturer and the dealer are involved.

“What we’ve seen in the market is an opening for producers to get an all-in-one system built by the manufacturer. So this is what Trioliet saw as an opening, and they are building all one and done from the factory,” Barker says.

“The customer can just purchase this straight out from a dealer and get full warranty right from the start. That’s the big thing.”

The Triotruck is classified as a farm vehicle, meaning it can only reach a top speed 40 km/h. Because of this, there is no special license to drive it, unlike traditional feed trucks.

Barker also highlighted the hydraulic system, which allows control of the augers from a zero-to-50 auger RPM.

The engine also slides out for easy maintenance, and visibility from the cab is maximized.

Barker says these are some of the features that helped them snag the award on Monday night.

“It’s humbling, really, I think for everybody, so they see an opening and they’re just happy so far that the response has been really well,” he says.

This product has been available in Europe since fall of 2025 and was soft launched in the U.S. earlier this year.
